Deed
An enterprise SaaS platform for employee giving, volunteering, and grants, used by Walmart, Ford, and DoorDash.
HareDev was contracted for infrastructure work on Deed's AWS environment and security setup. Separately, we migrated multiple standalone Git repositories into a single monorepo, and owned the CI/CD pipeline and the migration of several shared libraries onto the new structure.
We worked as embedded infrastructure and DevOps engineers within Deed's existing engineering organization, coordinating directly with their team on rollout sequencing to avoid disrupting a live, global platform. We later extended into feature work on the payment flow.
A more secure, consolidated AWS infrastructure, a single monorepo with modern CI/CD replacing a fragmented multi-repo setup, and improvements to the payment flow — all on a platform running across 170+ countries.
